I feel incredibly grateful to run a business in an industry I’m deeply passionate about — personal development and entrepreneurial success education — while also having the opportunity to be creative in so many fun ways through marketing, advertising, and building opportunities that can truly help change people’s lives.

After spending more than 30 years building a career working for others — in corporate retail design and real estate investing — there came a turning point that made me realize I wanted something different. I didn’t want to keep building someone else’s dream or continue trading my time for money. I wanted my own lifestyle freedom and a new way to design my life and work.

Today I run a global online lifestyle business that allows me to work from anywhere and connect with people around the world who are also exploring a new way to build their future.

I was born and raised in a small town in a large, close-knit family and I’m the youngest of eight kids. My husband Wade and I have four grown children, two adorable grandbabies, and our sweet Aussie, Kona.

Our travels have taken us to different parts of the world — Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece to name a few — and we’re not stopping anytime soon. One of our favorite ways to spend time together is visiting wine country where Wade plays acoustic guitar and sings at local wineries.

What I love most is meeting incredible people who are ready to reinvent what work can look like. Watching others discover new possibilities for their lives is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:  

After raising two incredible kids, I set out to build a career that combined my background in business and design with my passion for improving people’s lives. My mantra was simple: leave people and places better than I found them.

For more than 30 years, I designed retail spaces and homes, led corporate teams, and climbed the ladder. But behind the title and the travel was a constant truth: I had no control. I weathered three recessions and multiple layoffs. I gave my all to companies deeply affected by the economy—trading time, energy, and moments with my family for a sense of stability that never lasted.

Eventually, I was forced to choose: accept a steep pay cut or walk away altogether. That corporate downsizing became my wake-up call—and a turning point.

THE BUSINESS ATTEMPT :

At first, I turned to real estate investing, hoping it would give me the financial freedom and lifestyle flexibility I craved. I grew up around construction and design—it felt like a natural fit.

But despite the potential, it demanded everything: long hours, economic unpredictability, and zero scalability. Between the market shifts and rising interest rates, it quickly became unsustainable as future full-time business for me. I had created another job—not a freedom-based life.

That was my first wake-up call.

HOW I FOUND MY FUTURE SUCCESS:

When my executive position was eliminated, I had a moment of clarity, like the Universe was paving the way for me to do something different.  I realized I had better listen to that loud voice inside of me and I needed to figure it out fast.  I wanted to find something where I could be my own boss, be rewarded for my diligent efforts, and create financial wealth and security, and most importantly, it needed to be RECESSION PROOF.  

One night while laying in bed,  I told the Universe everything I wanted and needed,  then I let it go. Later that week, I started searching around the internet and an intriguing ad popped up. I decided to click on it.   

After reviewing the business model, it was very clear to me this was the answer I was looking for.  It ticked all the boxes for me for an online business and the rest is history!

THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM: The business that I was led to that day, is the business that I still run today.
